       *Please note that we are not in-network with any Medicare/Medicaid plans offered by the above companies.

Even if we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still receive insurance benefits if treated in our office. Most dental insurance companies will provide benefits for treatment completed with out-of-network providers. We are happy to file insurance claims on behalf of our patients and to help you maximize your insurance benefits.
